Zahra Gholami, Ph.D.

As a dedicated and enthusiastic scholar, Zahra Gholami is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the Higher Education program at Florida State University (FSU). With a strong foundation in Educational Management, Zahra earned her first Ph.D. at Kharazmi University. As a Graduate Research Assistant at the CEHHS Office of Research at the College of Education, Zahra contributed to NSF-funded ADVANCE research projects. Her research interests span postsecondary students' career pathways in STEM fields, mixed method research, research design, and educational policy and practices.
