Sara Hart, Ph.D.

CO-INVESTIGATOR

Dr. Sara Hart is the W. Russell and Eugenia Morcom Professor of Psychology and Associate Director of the Florida Center for Reading Research. Broadly, her substantive research relates to understanding how and why people differ in their cognitive development, particularly focused on reading and math development. She also spends time supporting data sharing practices in applied developmental science. Dr. Hart’s work is highlighted by the use of advanced methodological techniques and open science. Beyond research, she is passionate about training, dissemination of research, and advocating for women and minoritized individuals in science.
